Original caption: PREPARATION FOR THE PARADE OF THE 442nd REGIMENTAL COMBAT TEAM (JAPANESE AMERICAN TROOPS) TO BE HELD IN WASHINGTON D.C. ON THE 15th JULY 1946. Major Sterlin C. Moore, Executive Officer of the 442nd Infantry, orienting his men as to what to expect on the Parade for the President of the United States. Major Moore's staff is gathered around him.
