Photograph of furlough workers leaving for the beet fields of Montana and Idaho, after lifting of the WDC prohibitions, many left by truck carrying their household goods with them. A sagebrush dominates the foreground of the photograph. In the distance, people are standing next to two buses, the camp entrance, administraiton buildings and the Sierra Nevada can be seen in the background.
