This document contains the proceedings and debates of the 77th Congress. Miss Rankins of Montana raises a few questions about some of the activities which led to the attack on Pearl Harbor. She also debates on whether any responsible American source foresaw the Japanese attack. She goes on to present some documents and statements which suggest that the attack on Pearl Harbor was a result of a few activities by the British empire to bring the United States into the war.
