Caption below photo: This could be the East end of Alameda, around the Cohen Estate, now the Fernside District. The fence and eucalyptus trees were located there, according to Valerie Turpen of the Alameda Museum. Versaille, Lincoln streets. Fernside is a neighborhood of Alameda, CA. It's located near the Fruitvale and High Street bridges.
