    "bioghist": "The North American Times was first published in Seattle in 1902 and continued until 1942, when Japanese American media was banned after Pearl Harbor.  At its peak, the North American Times had a circulation between 7,000 and 8,000.  The paper resumed after the war under the name North American Post.  In addition the paper published yearbooks with individual and business directories.",
