Caption on front [translation]: "President of Japan-Soviet Union Oil Company, Mr. Kojiro Matsukata. The son of Masayoshi Matsukata, he became the president of Kawasaki Shipbuilding Company when he was 30 years old. Although he has been riding on a carriage, he laid low since the Showa financial panic. Suddenly he introduced the red oil and created a stir in the oil industry. By telling lewd jokes, he seems like a young man. (?) He lives in Kagoshima prefecture and is 70 years old."
