Caption below photo: November 1928 trophy received by Takuritsu Morita of Alameda, CA, for this service to the Japanese school (gakuen) in Alameda. He began teaching there when the school opened in 1916, so the oddity is that he is credited for 11 years of service when he had worked there 12 years.
