A Nisei and his grandson en route to placing a wreath at a monument dedicated to Nisei veterans. This service takes place annually on Memorial Day weekend at the Lakeview Cemetery in Seattle, Washington.
This dinner and dance, sponsored by the Nisei Veterans Committee and the Women's Auxiliary Club, was held in the Winsor Room at the New Washington Hotel.
The Seattle Nisei Veterans Committee sponsored International Fighting Irish football team is playing against West Seattle at Garfield High School. The Fighting Irish won the game 26-0.
