Yuriko Hohri
Nisei female. Born May 25, 1929, in Long Beach, California. During World War II, removed to the Santa Anita Assembly Center, California, and the Jerome concentration camp, Arkansas. After leaving camp, moved with family to Des Moines, Iowa, and Chicago, Illinois. Along with husband, William Hohri, was instrumental in the redress movement, including the establishment of the National Council for Japanese American Redress.
