Dear Molly—

Just a line or two —to say “hello”. Please forgive me for not writing any sooner né?

Sandie went to Colorado, so did Violet. Kumiko went to Arkansas. I believe I’m headed for Gila, Arizona, if not Colo.

Before I continue, how’s everyone? (And school?) I’d like to write a letter, but we’re packing up, and I can’t find a darn thing. I hope you’ll understand. Oh yes, we’re leaving sometimes between Oct.17-20^th.

Kaz, and my parents send their sincere regards. I’ll write a long letter, but in the meanwhile, I’d like to hear from you again. I close in haste; with love,
