TOSHIKO KATAYAMA'S ENGAGEMENT TOLD

HUNT, Ida., Wednesday, April 21--The engagement of Miss Toshiko Katayama, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. I. Katayama, Winslow, to Kumeo Tsubahara, son of Mrs. K. Tsubahara, Seattle, was announced to close friends at the Katayama home last week.

Miss Katayama is a 1936 graduate of Bainbridge High School. She is employed at the camp's nursery.

KOURA IN HOSPITAL

Kenzo Koura, son of Mr. and Mrs. O. Koura, Winslow, is in the camp hospital this week, recovering from an appendectomy. He is reported to be doing well.

GIVE BABY SHOWER

The Laview Orthopedic Unit gave a baby shower Tuesday at the home of Mrs. John Whittlesey, Manitou Beach, for Mrs. John [illegible], Port Madison.
