NAGATAS LEAVE MANZANAR FOR TULE LAKE CENTER

MANZANAR, Calif., Wednesday, February 24--A bride of two months, Mrs. Nagata, former Masako Nishimori of Winslow, and Eddie Nagata of Sacramento left Manzanar last week for the Tule Lake Relocation Center in Newell, California, to join her husband's parents, who have been evacuated there. Only two weeks ago, Mrs. K. Nishi and son left for the same center.

The Tule Lake Center is the only other center in California, and is composed of northwestern evacuees from the Tacoma and the Bellingham areas, as well as Californians.

Also leaving Manzanar were: Toshio, Masao, Hideo and Henry Terashita, Port Madison, who will leave for Nyssa, Ore., outside of Military Area No. 1. The boys will work on a seed farm. Notice and clearance by W.R.A. and the F.B.I. were received last week.

SPARTANS WIN FOR TOKE'

The undefeated Spartans remained undefeated but the last one was for Tokuo Chihara, when the "Scatterarm" of Walt Miller's former second team, came out with a dislocated elbow in a rough game. He was immediately taken to the hospital and was announced all right, but is now going around with a sling.

The former prep gridster, and scrappiest "guy" on the outfit, went out in the early part of the game, and then and there, the Spartans made up their minds to win the game for 'ole Toke, thus the end showed a 29-22 score after trailing all the way.
