MANZANAR, Calif., Wednesday, July 1--Three more Islanders seized in an F.B.I. raid were returned to their evacuated families here last week after being released from a detention camp in Montana. They were freed after government hearings.

Despite a change in government management of this camp, three Islanders still hold important foreman jobs. They are: Harry Koba, Winslow, foreman for the carpenters' repair crew; H. Takayoshi, Crystal Springs, the plumbers' repair crew; and Toshio Sakai, Winslow, freight delivery crew.

Sachiko Koura, Manzanita, was chosen treasurer; Toshiko Mikami, Winslow, publicity chairman, and Ritsuko Terayama, Battle Point, vice-president of a new Girls' Club in Block 3. About 80 per cent of the block residents are Islanders. Others are from San Fernando, Santa Monica, Glendale, and Los Angeles, Calif.
