Mr. Chairman & Members of the Commission,

I would like to thank God and you for letting us give our side of the story.

I am Kathleen Chisato Murakami. I am a housewife and a Bible student. I gave you my testimony and also wrote you a letter asking for a request. My request is:

In addition to educating the public about the concentration camps & putting it into history books, I would also like to see the true causes & events leading up to WWII in the history books.

I would also like the public to read; -- to get another viewpoint:

2) "None Dare Call it Conspiracy" -- Gary Allen

3) "Revelation" From the Holy Bible (Ties in with man's past, present, & future)

The three all fits together as to why there was war, and where man is heading.

We have been given a biased view by the news media & in the history books. The average American & persons in the world think that Japan attacked first, but this is not so. They always mention Pearl Harbor, Dec. 7, 1941; 8:00 a.m.

In Reader's Digest Illustrated Story of WWII, page 30, it says

"At 6:45 a.m. the American Destroyer Ward, on routing patrol duty off the naval base, identified and sank a Japanese midget submarine. No one on the destroyer dreamed that it might have been a part of a large task force."

We have make Japan a scapegoat for many of our mistakes. Whatever Japan does, those of us of Japanese descent here in America gets a backlash of it. Instead of being looked upon as Americans they look at our color and think automatically that we're Japanese. They forget that their ancestors also came from another country too.

Got want man to confess our sins, repent and start afresh. The same applies to nations. America has been going down morally, because she has been covering a lie on top of a lie. She can become a great nation again, if she follows God's principles. God wants to bless her. You, the Commission can help her right the wrong.

In conclusion I would like to see history books include:

1. Concentration camps

2. Causes & events leading up to the WWII

And an apology from the government.

I am for reparation & combination

cultural grant and education grant. I feel $25,000 plus $15.00 a day for each day incarcerated should be the minimum. Not that its enough to erase our hurts. If the internee died, their heirs should recieve the money.
