Jap Invasion Of Land Law Feared

SACRAMENTO, Calif., Aug. 12.--(AP)--Asserting he has reason to believe that many Japanese in war relocation camps are transferring title of California agricultural lands in efforts to evade the state Alien Land Law, Atty.-Gen. Robert W. Kenny yesterday announced creation of an alien land unit in his office.

Under state law no alien ineligible to citizenship may own or lease agricultural land. The law permits guardians to supervise properties of their "wards" but does not allow them to share in the profits.
