L.A. HOSPITALS MUST OUST JAPS

LOS ANGELES, May 19.--(UP)--County supervisors yesterday asked removal of approximately 100 Japanese from Los Angeles hospitals.

"Our own citizens are being denied hospital care because these Japanese occupy beds sorely needed," Chairman Gordon L. McDonough said.

In the San Francisco area, Army hospital officers were also asked to remove Japanese as soon as possible. McDonough said that the Army would not move any whose health might be impaired by a transfer.
