Hile to Prosecute In Appeal of Jap

Gerald D. Hile, chief assistant United States attorney, will be in San Francisco February 19 to represent the government when the appeal of Gordon Hirabayashi, Seattle Japanese, will be heard by the Circuit Court of Appeals.

Hirabayashi, now in King County jail, was convicted in October of having violated exclusion orders by refusing to be removed with other Coast Japanese.
