Stock Show Building Ready for Japanese

PORTLAND, Or., April 14.--(AP)--A company of military police took over the Japanese assembly center, formerly the Pacific International Livestock Exposition Building, last night. The immense structure had been fitted out with living quarters for evacuees awaiting transfer to locations outside military zones.

Workmen under the Army engineers completed the conversion job last night.
