Japanese Admits Curfew Violation

After pleading guilty of violating the wartime curfew, Hideo Saiki, Japanese farmer of Bellevue, was held in the King County jail today in lieu of $250 bail set by United States Commissioner Harry M. Westfall.

Saiki was arrested Tuesday night about 10 o'clock, near Sixth Avenue South and King Street -- two hours after he was supposed to have been in his home in accordance with curfew restrictions on Japanese.
