Japanese Stabbed In War Argument

George Takao, 24-year-old American-born Japanese, was stabbed in the abdomen by a Filipino during an argument over the war about 12:30 o'clock this morning.

Takao told Patrolmen W.H. Miller and Harvey Lavine the argument occurred in the south end of town. He boarded a bus to go to the house where he is a houseboy, 5549 33rd Ave. N.E.

At Third Avenue and Pike Street, Takao collapsed. The bus driver took him into a nearby theatre and the patrolmen were summoned. They took Takao to Harborview County Hospital, where attendants said his condition was serious.
