LOS ANGELES, Feb. 28.--(AP)--Three Japanese branded as dangerous in the Dies report on Axis activities were arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation here immediately after Pearl Harbor. They are:

Mrs. Takahashi Furuzawa, "long suspected of being a Japanese navy spy," a frequenter of harbor areas and decorated by the Japanese government.

Momota Okura, whose children were described as having "nothing but contempt for any Americans" and who photographed a fort and air field in this area.

F. Mio, reported to have boasted he was "one of the best spies there is" and to have operated a powerful telescope from a room overlooking Los Angeles harbor.

The three still are in custody. The F.B.I. declined further information.
