3 Japs, Who 'Wouldn't Aid U.S.' Arrested

SAN FRANCISCO, Friday, Feb. 13.--(AP)--Three Japanese who assertedly "wouldn't do anything to help the United States," were jailed by Federal Bureau of Investigation agents today and held "en route to immigration."

Among them were two Japanese army reserve officers. All three, former employes of the Yokohama Specie Bank here, were arrested in an apartment in San Francisco's Japanese quarter.

Nat Pieper, agent in charge of the F.B.I. office here, identified the three as Ikeda Uma, 35 years old. Japanese army reserve officer who said he would gladly "fight for Japan against the United States"; Haruo Oaki, 34, reserve officer who served eight years with the Japanese army and would "rather die than fight against Japan," and Yasuyuki Doi, 35, who "wouldn't do anything to help the United States."
