No Exceptions in Alien Removal, Says War Dept.

WASHINGTON, Tuesday, Feb. 3.--(AP)--The Justice Department said today its regulations requiring the removal of enemy aliens from prohibited zones along the Pacific Coast applied to all enemy aliens, without exception, at the present time. The department said there was nothing in the order creating the prohibited zones to show how far aliens must be removed and pointed out it merely provided the aliens shall not be found within the zone.
