JAPANESE PLAN LOYALTY RALLY

Seattle's Japanese community will hold an "Americanism rally" tomorrow evening to demonstrate its loyalty to this country and its government.

The rally will begin at 8 o'clock in the new Buddhist Church, 14th Avenue and Main Street, under sponsorship of the Japanese-American Citizens League's emergency defense council. Mayor Earl Millikin and Fred M. Fueker, state adjutant of the American Legion, will be the principal speakers. The meeting will open with the pledge of allegiance to the flag and singing of the national anthem.

Speakers, besides Millikin and Fueker, will include Mrs. Leah McKay, representing the Red Cross; James Y. Sakamoto, chairman of the emergency defense council; Johnson Shimizu, Japanese-American Citizens' League, and Francis Chujo, representing the Japanese community. Takeo Nogaki is rally chairman.
