JAPAN'S POLICY HIT BY CHINESE

A.C. Wang, chancellor at the Seattle Chinese consulate, declared yesterday at a luncheon meeting of the Religious Educational Workers, that Japan is "fighting to annex China, dominate East Asia and subjugate the world."

Wang, whose uncle, Dr. Wang Chung-hui, is foreign minister for China, asserted that incidents leading to the undeclared war were brought about purposely by the Japanese, who refused to negotiate and settle the dispute between the two nations without arms.

Wang discounted reports that Japan is stamping out Communism in China and declared the Nipponese merely are "playing diplomatic psychology."

Wang, who is visiting the United States for the first time, expressed confidence China "will not be a stepping stone to Japan's material designs, because China will fight until she wins a final victory."
