JERSEY CITY, N.J., Monday, Sept. 2. -- (AP) -- Five Japanese, including two government employes of that country, were questioned by police for half an hour yesterday after they had taken photographs of the Holland tunnel and Pulaski skyway.

The identified themselves as Shigero Osugo, 49 years old, professor at Kyoto Imperial University, Tokyo; Ryuzo Audo, 49, silk importer; Nataro Makamura, 27, a representative of the Japanese Department of Communications; Kusuke Murakami, 43, Japanese postoffice employe, and Shimpei Katsukawa, 34, silk importer of Vancouver, B.C.

The men explained they took the pictures merely for their own amusement. They were released when police decided the pictures they took could be found on post cards.
