JAPANESE GIRLS COMING TO GIVE NATION'S THANKS

Names of the four aristocratic Japanese girls who will visit America this spring, bringing official expressions of gratitude for American aid at the time of the earthquake and fire in 1923, were announced last night.

The four, chosen by a committee of Japanese statesmen, and said to represent the highest type of Japanese, are making the trip under the sponsorship of the Tokyo newspaper, Jiji Shimpo. They are Miss Kimi Ashino, Miss Yoshiko Sato, Miss Sumiko Tokuda and Miss Yoshiko Matsudaira.

They will arrive in San Francisco April 2, make a tour of the East, returning to the Pacific Coast. Their itinerary calls for three days in Seattle beginning May 7.
