All Scout Candidates Successfully Pass Tests

Boy Scout candidates for promotion to second and first-class ranks at the first court of honor of the new year, held in Judge Everett Smith's courtroom at the County-City Building Wednesday evening, faced the most thorough examinations given for some time, W.L. Hayward, scoutmaster of Troop 2 and chairman of the training committee of the council, was the examiner.

Not one of the candidates failed to pass, and those who received their badges and the congratulations of Judge Smith, presiding, were:
