Buying Land for Children and Cultivating It Violates Law, Says Court.

VISALIA, Cal., Tuesday, Nov. 25. -- The practice of Japanese in California who obtain land in the name of their children and cultivate and live on the land is a flagrant violation of the antialien law, the Superior Court ruled yesterday on a petition by J. Kawahara to be appointed guardian of his 4-year-old son.
