HOTEL MAN HELD

J. Furimoko Charged With Failing to Maintain Necessary Minimum of Heat.

With the arrest of J. Furimoko, proprietor of the Hottel Potter, 614 James St., on a charge of failing to maintain a minimum of heat, as ordered by city ordinance, C.R. Frasch of the City Health and Sanitation Department, the arresting officer, said the city would not permit hotel and apartment house landlords to plead the coal strike as an excuse for not keeping guests warm.

Furimoko, the tenth person arrested for failure to keep up the proper degree of heat in the last week, was released last night on $25 bail.
