United States Will Admit Orientals Who Fought in Army.

HONOLULU, T.H., Friday, Feb. 14. -- Any alien, regardless of his race or color, who served in the Army or Navy during the war is entitled to citizenship, according to instructions received here by William Ragsdale, chief of the local naturalization bureau, from the Bureau of Naturalization at Washington.

This decision means that the citizenship of approximately 800 Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Filipino and Porto Rican residents here will be uncontested.
