TWENTY JAPANESE TAKEN IN BIG GAMBLING RAID

Twenty prisoners, all Japanese, and layouts for half a dozen gambling games were captured last night in a raid of the Nippon Club, in the Alps Hotel, 612 King Street, by a force of deputies under Deputy Sheriffs Ben Waddell and Jack Madden. The paraphernalia and a small iron safe were taken with the prisoners to the King County jail. Information will be filed in the justice courts this afternoon.
