ALIEN LAW ENDORSED BY BREMERTON VETS

BREMERTON, Friday, May 9. -- The United Spanish War Veterans, at a meeting last night, passed resolutions endorsing the action of Gov. Hiram Johnson and the Legislature of California in excluding aliens from owning lands in that state and instructed J.K. McGraw, secretary, to forward a letter to Governor Johnson, stating this endorsement.

The lodge also voted to have its silk flag and pennant made in the United States at a cost of $250 when houses in Japan had bid on the work at a much smaller cost.
