CANADA MAY BAR COAST TO JAPS

VANCOUVER, B.C., Sept. 6.--Lifting of the United States order excluding Japanese from the three Pacific Coast states is not likely to be followed by similar measures in Canada. Ottawa is surveying all Japanese, asking them whether they desire to return to Japan. Those replaying in the negative likely will be kept east of the Rockies.
