Elliot Cafe 1209 Jackson Street

Of all business places Japanese owned, none was more popular than the Elliot Cafe. With the evacuation, the Elliot Cafe passed into the hands of Wm. Kirk, proprietor of Rose Cash Gracery [Grocery] and Mrs. Lydia Norris as co-owners. It was closed and remodeled. Spick and span it again opened to the public, the same popular prices prevailing. If the same public approval prevails, waiting lines will be the order.

With a staff of cooks who know, well drilled waitresses who give service, wholesome food at popular prices, the Elliot Cafe will lose none of its popularity.
