PAROLEE'S OR INTERNEE'S-AT-LARGE AGREEMENT

I, MATAICHI ISERI, P.O. Box #522, Ontario, Oregon, a national of Japan, in consideration of my (parole or internment-at-large) under regulations relating to alien enemies, hereby agree to keep in close touch with [illegible] who has agreed to act as my sponsor; and to that end I agree to make personal report to him once each week to V.W. Tomlinson, Officer in Charge, Immigration and Naturalization Service, Portland Oregon once monthly.

I also agree to comply with all the provisions of the regulations pertaining to alien enemies and with all the terms of my (parole or internment-at-large). I also agree that I will not enter the State of California or the western halves of the States of Washington and Oregon.
