We have wired for your military travel permit, so that you may leave the Project at 8:00 A.M. on April 13.

If your finger-prints have not been taken, come to the Leave Office and make arrangements for having them taken.

If your picture for an Identification Card has not been taken, report Monday afternoon, April 12, to the photographic studio in the Leave Office to have your picture taken.

Use this as your authority to pick up your rationing books at Housing, Administrative Building. See Marie Yamaguchi.

Leave your forwarding address at the post office.

Have your baggage ready at your home at 3:30 P.M. on Monday, April 12 for inspection and removal. Do not nail or fasten your baggage so it cannot be opened easily for inspection.

Report at Block 17 Laundry Room for your travel permit at 7:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 13, bringing with you your birth certificate or alien registration certificate.
