BAGGAGE TAGS

Tags will be available at the Information Office A-3-2, starting Saturday, July 11th, 1942.

For uniformity, necessary to easy and fast checking, you are required to use the tags issued. Do not use old tags saved from your induction into this Center.

Each set of tags will be numbered in numerical sequence, as follows:

Personal Hand Baggage will carry one series,
Baggage car Baggage will carry another series, and
Freight will carry third series.

That is, each group of baggage will be numbered to show the total number of pieces in each set and each piece will have a number to show its relation to the series, as follows:

Piece # 1 of 5 pieces
Piece # 2 of 5 pieces
Piece # 3 of 5 pieces
Piece # 4 of 5 pieces
Piece # 5 of 5 pieces

Note that the first number is the one that changes and that the second number remains the same for the series.
