ALIEN'S LEAVE PERMIT FOR WORK GROUP

This is to certify that *Kisa Iseri, an alien of Japanese nationality residing in Block No. 5405-A within Tule Lake Relocation Area is allowed to leave such area on April 13, 1943, to go to Weiser, Idaho to work for H.G. Joseph, Chas. L. Joseph & Geo. Iseri as farm laborer and is required to return to such area not later than Nov. 13, 1943, unless he is issued an extension of leave. This leave is subject to the terms of the regulations of the War Relocation Authority relating to issuance of leave for departure from a relocation area and subject to any special conditions or restrictions set forth on the reverse side hereof.

Travel to the above destination has been permitted by the Department of Justice.

This leave is issued subject to the following special conditions or restrictions:

1. The person granted this leave may not leave Washington & Malheur County, State of Idaho & Oregon unless he obtains a written permit to do so from an official of the War Relocation Authority. No other person has the authority to grant such a permit. The only exception to this rule is in the case of an emergency where the services of a doctor or hospital outside the county are required. In this instance, notice of the circumstances surrounding the case must be given as soon as possible to the person whose address appears below.

2. If the person granted this leave changes his addresses within Washington & Malheur County, he must notify the official of the War Relocation Authority whose address appears below:
