It is respectfully requested that you call upon Immigrant Inspector Peter Szambelan at the Moore Hotel, Ontario, Oregon, at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 13, 1945, for an interview. The Inspector will desire to accompany you to your residence and place of employment.

Please have available for inspection your alien registration receipt card, certificate of identification, and draft registration certificate.

You should make inquiry at the hotel office to ascertain in what room the Inspector will be located.
