Dear Miss H. Shoen [sic],

The attached copy is the first Report that I made according to my daily records during the past one month of Dec. 10, 1943 to Jan. 9, 1944.

I had used to make my monthly Report to the Head Office while I had service in the Dental Clinic at Lordsburg Station Hospital, Lordsburg Internment Camp, N.M. and our Commander of that Hospital was much pleased with the monthly report as well as for me in pleasure to keep daily records.

I'm quite interesting [sic] to see the Dental Clinic records in form monthly, which gives me some encouragement and commentary for my attitude, therefore I like to preserve our Dental Clinic records daily since I had taken charge this Office from Dec. 10, 1943.

If you are to have interest for the Report monthly, I'm glad to make a copy every month also I'll make every quarterly Report too. Do you like to see such as this Report of the Dental Clinic hereafter monthly? Do you have any suggestion to be added to the Report? I'm much pleased to have your favorable advises [sic] if you please. Thanks large.
