Joe I am sorry you got flu again. How you feeling now? are you still week Did you absent from your school while you were sick? I was flu too. I couldn't get up almost one week, but now I am allright. We (14 Block residents) went to the field few miles south of camp where fire destroyed 2 miles square 6-7 feet tall weeds burned and new short grass grow like lawn bleath is so nice. I strech my body on the grass and look at blu sky for a while. I walked about two miles along the cleek. Fukuda the fat guy, you know, He caught few trouts. Towru could get none. I wish I trip once a while. Manzanar climate is wonderfull. One month ago I thought best time in the year, but still we have best climate yet. We dont use stove for a long time, Maybe we dont need untill this winter. last year oil delivered May 15, you remember. I Heard that there are bad feeling against Japanese. We must remember this there is never better feeling to us untill war ends. We expect more more worth than ever

He became better now, but need few weeks untill recover, one child 2 year old is sirious condision on account of run over truck. This is all Manzanar case.
