Dear Joe,
We got your letter today & we all were happy to hear that you were not tired anymore & was living with Mr. Temple. Yuki Odahara was saying the Mr. Smeltzer was maeby going to go to Chicago. Well we had a lunch of liver, & peas, carrots & salad & potato with pear for dessert. Gee I think that liver was at least 7 inches long & 5 inches wide. Well I guess thats about all. Oh yes mama said to be careful. Well We gave the letters to all the people. I forgot to tell you but it actually took from the first of Feb. to the fifth. The liver was so big that I cut it in half & made two sandwiches. Mama & papa says hello. Signing off now. Oh yes dont for get to write to the Boultons.
Your Sis,
