Hello Joe & Tor,

I just stopped studying my history to drop you a few lines.

Gee, I'm going to have 3 tests on Wednesday. History, English & shorthand. Gosh, I sure am scared of History.

We're going to have a foot ball game here in Manzanar on Wednesday, too. It's going to be with Big Pine boys who are coming here to play. They are having a six-man tackle game and the "Boys of Manzanar" actually have uniforms. Some camp in Arkansas closed, so they gave their uniforms to the Manzanar boys. The uniform color is yellow & black. They have helmets, too. Man, do they look silly. Just the way you used to look, Tor.

A lot of people are coming home from furloughs & they camp is getting large again. Oh yes, this camp is going to close for sure. If we don't get to go back to L.A., I guess we better start planning to relocate.

Last night we saw Alan Ladd, Veronica Lake, Brian Donnelly in the "Glass Key." Next week we're expecting to see Henry Aldrich. Well I guess this is about all for now.
