My Dearest Katsu

I am very glad and thanks recieved [received] letters which you wrote March 24, 27, 29 and Church Bulletin also from George, Shinsaku, Dr. F., Paul McConkey. I was very very busy last 4 days since recieved [received] NAMELIST of INTERNEES [censored] Monday night. They left 6:00 P.M. to Fort Sill, Oklahoma with tears. We named S. Kashio, Seattle Mitsui Co. manager, to fill mayor. I am not modest but reserved and abstain to be new mayor so I told to nominating committee and recommend Mr. Uchida and Mr. Kashio. Mr. Uchida refused. I took up 1st Vice Mayor, 2nd Vice Mayor Mr. Sumida, L.A. man on post in office. I read very interesting your door bell story. Mr. Sawada wrote me too and I laughed but next page make me sorry and envious Misao san buying overcoat at earlier time but you. I sent 2 power of attorney already. Yes we had splendid sunrise service and good memory went to... with you last year as remember many places with you, it sweet one! Please send me my Alien Card but nothing else I need. How you think my poor poem? No teacher but Kukai, I attend sometime become very busy. I wonder when you going to Puyallup? Thanks for Easter money to 1st Church. I am very good health, busy regard to Sawada, Kodaira, church members.
