Dearest My Katsuno: --

How are you dear? This Friday 13th. We are busy in Mayor's office for preparing new comer who shall arrive sometime next week. We expect Kawakami too. Will you write me little more please. Thanks you for loving letter. Best of all my spirits began to revive when read your letter. Still the same wise constant lady you are, and more beautiful soul than you had been in the dear days when you was only my sweetheart at redidence [residence] Alaska St. I love you better than all the world! I told you truth and managed to show you on Nov. 9th 1938 at your old home "She left me a last charge, it was that only you KATSUNO SAN should occupy this her place but no one else at all." It was gracefull [graceful] blessing to me thankfull [thankful] you have heart of Grace, bright, courageous mind, having felt the Sorrow of a great hardship privations and bravely against missfortunate [misfortunate] war-torn. I pray every morning 7:00 and every evening 10:30.

Sorry can not send any more Japanese poetry of mine, according to strict regulations but you could read my soul the heart! So called lovers since first seen entirely charmed me. We heard radio news N.A. Times discontinue this morning. I RVCD last edition of paper March 12th, Arima very much sorry.

Last night snow but very good this Sunday. Capt. Iwanaga Salvation Army sermon today's service.
