My dearest Katsuno: --

How are you Dear? I received teleglam [telegram] just after sent letter yesterday afternoon. I am glad dear George went Fort Robbinson? [Robinson] Arkansas capital as a soldier U.S. Army. Mr. Minato, Seattle, Mr. Senba Tacoma man told me their boys training at Fort Robbinson [Robinson] too. Its good for him. I sent him a letter last week but its to Roy and Arthur too. Wish open it by Roy or Arthur please.

We are deten [detained] here [censored] Japanese so we added another Vice Mayor yesterday and they elected me as a Vice Mayor beside Gongoro Nakamura So. California, Mr. Y. Taoka N.Y.K. is Mayor, Mr. Sato, San Francisco Sumitomo Bank manager is Treasurer and 3 gentlemen are each Secretary but all Southern people I supervise. Post Office (mail DPT) Recreational DPT and Interviews as you know I try my best to serve and lead them to Royal to U.S.A. where we are permanent living. We have [censored] dormitory now #24 Mihara #25 Takeoka #26 Akiyama #27 Kambe, 4 camps is N. WEST peoples, 16 camps Calif. & Mountain states.

RCVD N.A. Times 2/13 2/14. I compose many HAIKU poem about you. Someday I like send you or show you. Every Wednesday 7-8 P.M. prayer meeting. Last night join with Mr. S. Arima, Kanagawa, others.
