Dear My Katsuno:
Received your telegram. Roy volunteered for Army. I felt proudly & joy to offer appried [applied] to join Army. I hope he will pass the physical examination on March 10th, and enter to U.S. Force as like his brother George serving with loyal & brave now in Fort J.T. Robinson, Ark. the armed force. I am leading a life of confinement here, but it is something over which we have no control. I wish he would forget about me and put all his effort in his service. Do make good in Army service, means both of my beloved sons who are willingly volunteered for Army. Please tell to Roy be discrest [discreet] in all matters.
The spring has come to this camp so we are playing outside and enjoy very much nowadays now.
Did you sign for reunion to me. I wish you know that we fully understand, the family reunion in internment center will not prejudice any opportunity I may have for reconsideration of the order directing my internment.
Crystal City Center capacity is limited person. So, we should apply before closed because of priorities for enter there. Thank you with my heart for your endearedly care to the boys in my absence. Well, I will close now may GOD help you in all your endeavors. I am good in health and busy. Remember to Rev. & Mrs. N. Kodaira, Nishimoto & Sawada, Uncle. Regards to Mrs. Misao, Okiyama & Ito, Kumataro.
Love
Your husband Genji
