Dear My Katsuno:-
Thank God: The ruddy glow of the eastern sky is beautiful beyond discription [description], shown me the glory of God & firmament showeth his handiwork. This Sunday morning to-day we held splendid Sunday service at nine with full audience.
I was surprised to hear that you got my six letters at 23rd. But glad you read them with pleasure you say anyway. It's tooks [took] long time as some one sixty days, but we are glad that the letters have started coming in quite fast the past few days, as some tooks [took] two weeks. If they go directly to New York censor office, they will arrive even faster, of course.
Lately there have been quite many visitors. The officers who are in charge understood us Japanese and are kind & generous. All visitors return home well satisfied, will you ask to Mr. R. Takeuchi. I sent you a letter opener, wooden knife made here Camp, and five to Arthur which George sent me at Xmas, as a little token of
my Congratulations. I am waiting your Japanese letter and poems.
There is nothing to worry about reunion. I wish you would make up your mind to come sure! And have ask to Mr. Mrs. Seiji, Kakuno look after Roy for my sake, please. We don't know for sure when effected & whether shall get there 1st you or I? Anyway let us inform each other by wire when leave. Take all things you have with you now. I like have a suspender, arm ties, extension cord lamp, if possible.
Your husband Genji
