My Dearest Katsuno:-

Autumn has come, but lingering desert heat is still severe in the day time. It was cool this morning and I felt very pleasant. I saw two small wind mills which some one made in our campound [compound]. Turning round and round in the breeze. I gazed with deep thinking of you I living simple life in separate of long distance day after day, and made me freshly home sick. Received your 5th letter with thanks. Very glad you got private room anyway, but sorry you couldn't find ideal quarter and hot water yet. I wish your wall will be fix before winter. How is your headache and stomackache [stomach ache]? Pray for complete recovery. When I had headache, used the Jintan which you gave to me Dec. 26 last winter. It is very wonderful efficacious to me as like as you Dear take care me at home.

You may ask to Mr. Seiji to make those table, chair, shelf, etc. with Roy's assist, can you? Or someone help you, I hope!

I wish you keep the corner room for three. You might be expect another company, some time in change future if lucky.

Mosquitoes seem to have disappeared, but flies still bite us and we have still ants, we found lots of them our dining table, while we were eating to-day. In my office hang an empty can and we put candies or biscuits in it. It's a splendid device to prevent ants from coming up & eat before we (Mayor's stuff) eat 'em up. I will send a reply card to Mr. Shuzo tomorrow. Remember to Mr. Mrs. both Nakamura, Itoi and your friends.

With Love

Sincerely Yours
Genji
